caponine
PrimeTime or Matt Ryan easy. Matt Ryan has done more/ will do more than any other player in this organization. Past, Present or Future. What he has been able to do for them, cant be rewarded in just Money. Julio is one of the best receivers ever and easily the most talented player to ever play for this franchise. ChickenBiscuit
Julio or Deion in terms of just raw athletic ability and dominance. Everytime these threads come up it just makes me sad about Vick. I don’t disagree that Ryan is easily the best thing to ever happen to the franchise. He’s easily the most valuable player this franchise has ever had. But he’s not better at what he does than Julio or Deion. Both Julio and Deion are top 100 all time players. Ryan is not. To me, Julio is the greatest player to play for the falcons. Falcanuck
Yeah when all is said and done the Falcons will have two lifetime HOFers in Ryan and Julio. Ryan is easily the most important player in franchise history and Julio is definitely the best if position weren’t accounted for. Julio will be regarded as one of the GOATs. Ryan will be regarded as a very good QB.
jlrfalcon
I will put Jessie Tuggle as the greatest Falcon on a total career basis right now. Matt Ryan and Julio Jones will eventually exceed him and possibly have already but they also could regress and actually hurt themselves. If either become big contracts in a few years we are just wishing to get rid of, that will hurt how they are viewed. Note how Roddy White really fell off in his last years. I also would love to say Tony Gonzalez was a lifetime Falcon but, of course, he was not. However, I would probably label him right now as the greatest player right now with ties to the Falcons. OrthoPTSD
Jessie Tuggle 1800 tackles in 13 years 5 time pro bowler league leader in tackles 4 times on some horrible defenses. 6 defensive TD (what?) 21 sacks Drop mic... falconsd56, trudweathers, putnam6 and 2 others
ya_boi_j
Depends on how long you’ve been alive and watching football. Us younger guys are gonna go with Julio and Matt cause that’s who we actually know and watched. The older guys will say Deion, Tuggle, etc. there’s no true answer JD dirtybird21 and PokerSteve

NeonDeion
Thanks guys. Means a lot that some of you voted for me. Since I can’t vote for myself, I’ll give my two. Since it really depends on how you define greatness. Greatest importance to changing Franchise: Ryan Greatest individual talent and team player/no diva HOFer: Julio choosing one you gotta go Ryan though. Position matters. He’s a HOFer at the most vital position in sports (he’d be a first ballot lock if Shanny kicked a stupid FG) imagine Ryan without Julio. Yeah not as good. Now imagine Julio with Joey Harrington. That’s just awful.
