If we start 0-2 we don't climb out of it!

Let the team gel.

Seriously its only week 2.

Other teams also have the same chances of injuries etc, throughout the season. The NFL is a very unpredictable league.

This team overall is small, slow, and weak in the trenches. Agree lets put the sota game behind us. But then again ask yourself why we were down big. We have a lot of work to do Sunday. The mind set of this team will be broke if we start 0-2. We are not beating indy next week.

Why were we down big? Because we had a punt blocked, threw an Interception on our side of the field, a fumble in the redzone, 2 Drives inside FG range derailed by penalties and an INT on the goalline...

Ryan rarely has multi interception games, Punt blocks rarely happen, Fumbles rarely happen and penalties can be corrected.

Everything that could go wrong...did go wrong. Yet it was 14-14 after the first few minutes of the game the rest of the way. (If we just kicked XPs)

but feel free to continue to let the sky fall.

I don't think the sky is falling or its panic time but the thing that concerned me was how many things went wrong or looked suspect. Oline couldn't block, Ryan made bad passes, defense got walked all over and we just weren't prepared at all.

We are a talented team but we have so many areas to improve in one week and have a tough team coming in. Better nut up real quick and find a way to get it done. Still waiting to see something from this defense.

Naw, we were down because we got gashed with the stretch zone running plays.

Certainly played a part but lets not pretend us handing them 2 drives on our side of the field to start the game or gifting away 12-16 points from turnovers/penalties did not change the outcome of the game.

This take makes you seem really soft. 1 bad game and your giving up. Saying we'll lose to Indy? Come on. Falcons will win on Sunday, and you and all of the doomsday proclaimers will be talking about how you knew it all along...

People just have sort of forgotten that we looked like a sloppy team with a lethargic offense in 2017. We weren't a defensive team or an offensive team, we just looked like a regressed team that had lost it's identity. We squeezed out a lot of those games on pure talent and the Sarkisian hire was a disaster. No one (outside of Gazoo and the usual homers) expected us to go deep into the playoffs past Philly and Minnesota. And even then, would we have beaten the Patriots after they dismantled us in the regular season?

Like, even if we go off the 2017 season -- that **** was still an out-of-funk team that looked like it sorely missed it's former OC. And Quinn was showing a lot of the same flaws that he's showing now: a tendency to be out-coached, a huge amount of penalties and a mediocre defense of which he was supposed to improve.

We started off rough that year, everyone chalked it up to the super bowl loss hangover, who knows if that’s real or not.  By mid season and beyond, we looked sharp and were on a hot streak.  A lot of people were behind us and thinking we would get back to the super bowl.  Problem is Sark was fine calling plays between the 20s, but he couldn’t do anything in the red zone at all, and that showed up against the Eagles.  We will see overtime if Koetter is better in that area.

Oh yes we can !!! Even if we lost this game.. I say we will win this game but if we don't ,, it's not over till it's over.  This team I can tell has got a lot of adjusting to do.  The only problem will be if they don't see the adjustments that need to take place.

Go 5 - 3 or better by the bye week and the chances are good to make the playoffs.

Start 1 - 3 and I don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling about winning the division.

You could've just ended the post there. Nothing really justifies or makes that better except a Super Bowl.

So we are hanging our hats on 2 seasons ago?

Lol yall can be pessimistic. But if they were mentally weak, they would have wallowed in their misery after the worst SB collapse. Them losing that game wasn't mentally weak, that was stupid coaching.

And yes two seasons ago. Want last season? They could have tanked and folded after all of the injuries but found a way to fight and win some games late. 2015, in the middle of a midseason skid that they were 6-1, they found a way to ruin Carolina's 15-0 record by beating them.

Mentally weak? No. Several examples.

We started 6-1 in 2015 and finished 8-8.

The only people that are soft and broken are the fans.

BS this team is historically bad and when they do perform better than expected it is always just to blow it in the spotlight. This team failings have nothing to do with the fans, this is one of the worst Franchises in pro sports and Blank should count his luck anyone even shows up to the games.

Our Two SB appearances were embarrassments of Epic scale, after 1981 we went the ENTIRE decade of the 80's without a winning record, Vick/Petrino further punched the fan base in the gut, we did not have back to back winning seasons till 2009.

Please, this franchise doesn't deserve the fan base it currently has, they have done nothing but fail and cause disappointment since they started in Atlanta.

We also folded like lawn chairs and got destroyed by the team where we blew a 28-3 lead against the next season. A mentally strong team would have fought better and had more motioviation against the team that completely embarrassed them in the SB.

Lol the Browns and Bills are much worse. Four straight SB losses and show up every single time. Miss me with that shlt. Yall are soft fans. Browns ain't seen the playoffs, let alone SB, in decades. Dawg Pound is packed every game. Falcons lose one game in week one and are ready to mail it in.

Soft.

Then LEAVE. Jesus, no one is holding you hostage here, and no one enjoys reading your childish rants lol. It's like you are screaming at the wall, just stop following the team and be happy doofus.
