Predict our first offensive play of the season

My prediction for the first play of the season:

Screen pass to Freeman for 25-ish yards.

Establishing the screen game early will make the pass rushers have to think twice about what they're doing. Thinking pass rushers are slower pass rushers. Koetter loves the screen game, and I believe that element of our offense is key to a win in Minnesota.

If we get the ball first, play action pass to Julio for a first down or more

If we get the ball after a Minnesota punt deep in our own territory, straight run up the middle by Freeman

If we get the ball after a Minnesota score and kickoff, a run to either side by Freeman

If we get the ball after a Minnesota 3-and-out with us in good field position, a pass to Hooper

The Falcons always start off with a run. Most first down plays are runs. Please surprise us and do something else.

Skinny post broooo

you're right. after re-watching it it doesn't even look like he made a cut to the inside just yet. but it wasn't a quick slant.

A crazy Ryan wounded duck pass right to a Viking defender for a pick 6 would be the most offensive play possible. I'm offended just thinking about it.

Screen pass for 1 yard loss.

DQ gives Koetter an angry look.

Play #2 - slant to Julio and he takes it to the house

Bruh?!?

Luckily we are stacked at RB, Freeman ain't gonna last very long with all the concussions and other injuries he has piled up lately it is pretty obvious.
