I love your optimism but I have us at 11-5.

at Minnesota L - we struggle out of the gate usually

vs Philadelphia L - we never play Philly well.

at Indianapolis W

vs Tennessee W Mariota will likely be injured if his recent history repeats itself

at Houston W  Deshaun Watson is the X factor here.  If he's healthy and so is Hopkins and the WR core this is gonna be a bear.

at Arizona W

vs LA Rams W I seriously think the Rams take a big step back this year

vs Seattle L - These games are always tough fought.  I love that its in ATL

at New Orleans L - we struggle in NO

at Carolina L - weird things happen when we travel to Charlotte

vs Tampa bay W

vs New Orleans W

vs Carolina W

at San Francisco W

vs Jacksonville W

at Tampa bay W

12-4; at least 5-1 in division...6-0 if we beat NO in the first matchup. :tiphat:

I believe in the OL changes gelling over the year and becoming stout vs any DL and the upgradeds at OC and DC; plus the players added on D...means this team is improving well beyond 7-9. I see a 5 game swing. We lost 4 games on the final play last year. Let THAT sink in.

It does, but you are battle tested if you make it

Fo sho...but like let's talk contenders...actual superbowl contenders right now for this year...

NFC -

North : Chicago, Green Bay

South : Atlanta, New Orleans

West : LA, Seattle

East : Cowboys, Eagles

AFC -

North : ?

South : Houston

West : KC

East : NE

North has Cleveland, but want to see it.  Pitt?  Life without AB/Bell, need to see it.  South has...Houston.  Legit contenders?  Jacksonville?  Do you trust Foles out of Philly?  Either way, AFC is way more top heavy.

The good news is if you make the playoffs and get a bye, you only need to play 2 good NFC teams and you get a home game for at least one.  If we play to our potential and force teams to play in our dome in January, I like our chances.
