Gono, Graham, Grace, Gage- maybe it should be Plan G

This is exciting.

3 of the four were on the practice squad last year. Gono was kept on the 53.

All four earned their spots. None were drafted higher than the 6th, if they were drafted at all.

Building depth like this allows you to sign the pillars of the team.

They keep finding gems like this, this team can be really good for a really long time.

That didn’t turn out so well, even though it was good on the whole. B)

Yep, this is huge. This is one of Quinn's strengths, and is starting to pay dividends.

Instead of signing depth from other places, developing depth and starters means they are already versed in your playbook and style from day one. It means more money to sign the core long term.
