I know, he would have been such a huge weapon though.

I too wish he would have stayed.

He shouldn't have gone against the advice he was given.

Hate it for him. If there's any silver lining, the team can point to Nauta and Trenton as cautionary tales. We want guys to go to the NFL, but not when there's a risk of getting cut.

As far as udfa

Elijah

Ledbetter

are still on their teams for now. Now have to wait out who gets claimed off waivers and then who is cut

Elijah was not going to improve his stock though.

With Zeus healthy and other RBs his carries decrease. He also was not going to find another gear. Still think and hope he lands somewhere. He should’ve been a good RB to pair with Mcaffrey

Sounds like Herring didn't play due to not getting it done in practice.

Conversely, Kirby said that he (Kirby) and Landers have had their "differences" in practice in the past and that Landers is finally buying in this year and said that ML has come a long ways.

Kirby also said that both Landers and DRob were dominant in their roles as blockers on the punt return team.

Herring was limping noticeably as he went to the locker room at HT.  Definitely didn’t look 100% to me

They said he was 100% in practice today.

"If he continues to use practice and get better, he’ll play," Smart said

That's excellent for Trey! I'm not sure how the defense gets no mention whatsoever.

Not sure how Trey Hill made that list. Every other center must have been terrible. Hill did not have a very good game. He got blown up several times and was noticeably confused by how Vandy was attacking the A gap.
