Do you think that Adrian Clayborn's 1 year championship run with the Patriots will help the Falcons?

With Adrian Clayborn playing one year for the Patriots and then coming back to the Falcons could be helpful to the Falcons. If there is a Falcons vs Patriots super bowl rematch which is very likely if the Falcons make it back, Adrian can give the Falcons some pointers on how to beat the Patriots because he played for them. Adrian also brings to the Falcons everything he learned from the Patriots. I think this will help the Falcons tremendously in playoff situations as Clayborn is already familiar with the Falcons and is a veteran. I think Clayborn one year run with the Patriots is great because of all the knowledge he brings back from playing one year with the Patriots including winning a championship. Your thoughts?

I think he brings the same thing he did before he left. Anything that he picked up from playing for the patriots, the team can pick up from watching game film.

More than anything I think he brings veteran leadership to the team. Keep guys focused. I agree with you about the knowledge. He now knows what I takes to get there. That can be very helpful

I'm sure you can learn a lot more by being around them. Seeing how they prepare for games and offseason training. Etc

But do you really think our coaching staff would just change up everything because Clayborn told them that BB did it differently? It may benefit him. I dont see it benefiting anyone else. Just my 2 cents.

If they had some special secret don't you think every ex player would tell their new team?

Their secret is they pay the refs. Man i wish Blank would follow suit. I want Julio to be able to body slam the CB that tries to cover him and then electric slide to the endzone with no penalty called.

Meh. They pay refs. Falcons make artificial noise. If you ain’t cheating you ain’t trying

Just pointing out the New England isn’t the only team that does it.

And it was wrong when we did it too. But its pretty obvious who are the biggest cheaters in the league.

I'm glad Clayborn is back because we can use all the help we can get, and he's an adequate player;  but I doubt his being with the Pats for a season would make much difference for the 2019 Falcons, or give them any noticeable advantage.  There is no team in the NFL that has the advantage when meeting New England in the playoffs.

Bill changes his offensive and defensive schemes every year based on the personnel he has available to him.  He changes them week in and week out based on what team he is playing.  There is no secret weapon to beating the Patriots other than to have your players ready and execute at a high level.

Sounds like a very high level of coaching.  I don't think they won the Super Bowl because of Clayborn.

Gotta disagree. Cheating is ****** up regardless of who does it.

Yes it is ****** up. I mean I get there is gray, and we may be naive in wanting fairness in sports......but blatant cheating takes away from the game and sports in general.
