FalconBlood23
I am loving these staff additions, with Sark we had very little of NFL xp on the staff, now we have tons of it. Went from one end to the other. Experience can only lead to positivity, me hopes. Cant wait for 2019
ike barn87987
Since he's been here DQ has been all about connections with players and coaches. That's why I can see players like Jordan Scarlett, Andre Dillard, Keisean Nixon, David Long, Iman Marshall, Daylon Mack, Kevin Pamphile, Ryquell Armstead. I could be missing some and not saying we will draft them but these are names to look out for.
Brewcrew
He was the linebackers coach under Quinn with Gators and then moved to offensive side as Assistant QB Coach with the Seahawks in 2014.

FalconsIn2012
This staff is the polar opposite of 2017. We probably win the SB in 2017 with this staff

Just hope Quinn makes it clear what each coach's duties/responsibilities are --- and I'm sure he will --- so there's no confusion, or back-biting going on. But more importantly, who the BOSS is!!! But really, these guys are professionals and most of them have been HCs before too, so, they already know what the parameters are for their position. Really looking forward to 2019, and seeing how it all comes together!

They will mesh, find their most productive individual roles and help this mostly-young team gain confidence to win in the key games this season. After some dubious choices over the past couple seasons, Quinn really upped his game with this new coaching staff. Arrow is definitely pointing up. Dont think they ever will...too many wholesale changes in staff....not sure if we see positive results right away. We have 2 dependable Olinemen & 2 on defensive line Jarett and Takk. Besides 4 in trenches...I dont see much in the guys who can take us to promised land. Team who ignores the most glaring need in trenches is doomed by midseason or by December they are done pretty much. I just dont believe this ALL can be fixed within a year with Julios, Jaretts and Beasleys time to get paid big. Not sure exact Cap Space available but, F.A we can kiss away elite players and in drafts probability of getting instant playmakers is very remote. Emrabce the suck! I thnk you're being over pessimistic, bro. We got Neal, Debo, Kazee, Crawford, Irvine, Means who can be key contributors. There are going to be some impact players on the FA market that will be within the Falcon's budget. Quinn and the FO may not pick the right players in FA and the draft to fix our trenches, but I'm sure they aren't going to ignore it. One of the first things Quinn said after the Bucs game was we only had 2 OL that could be counted on. A blunt comment which showed he's not happy with that area of the team. Pacific_Falcon
We have a brand new stadium and we're already gonna have to remodel it because we have 317 coaches. I know exactly what we got on back end. But, its the trenches which has been an issue and thats where big games in playoffs are won. If you cannot affect ELITE Q.Bs rhythm for entire 60 mins or pressure them....they will carve up Falcons in 4th quarter like always most teams do.. In order for D.Bs / C.Bs to succeed...we need relentless pressure upfront. #1) STOP THE RUN GAME #2) PRESSURE IN PASS with exotic looks and EXPECT D.BS / C.BS to make plays. BEARS , RAMS, RAVENS, SAINTS, PATRIOTS had surgically mastered it last year on consistent basis. Falcons have to follow that blueprint. We dont HAVE to score 30pts / game ....you can just win by F.Gs or a touchdown in superbowl if you have an ELITE DEFENSE / Special Teams unit ... .even if your opponents limit us on offensive side.
