Posted January 23 I think the idea that DQ has been running our drafts is slightly inflated. What probably really happens is that DQ is far more specific with TD and the scouting staff with the types of players he is looking for, and I think he does a better job than Smitty did communicating those needs to the guys who actually go out looking for these players. I'm positive last week he was holed up with the guys who are boots on the ground there going over almost every player who is there. Smart leaders lead ... they don't do all the work.
