Posted January 21 I told you guys that if a team's fans like the Saints go to the well to often with voodoo it'll backfire on them. Two years in a row, two devastating defeats. LMAO! JDaveG, papachaz, tonatl07 and 5 others like this

Posted January 21 I believe our loss to the Saints in week 3 which was 43-37 (OT) was the first of those 6 losses. Thankfully that trend continued across other teams, but not in the AFC Championship tho.

I was thinking about the Falcons. 2012 NFC CG and 2016 SB were back-to-back losses for the Falcons, add in 2017 against the Eagles and it's 3 in a row for the Falcons really. Oh, I was just thinking about heartbreaking postseason losses in general. The late 80's Browns fit the criteria though. Both "the Drive" and "the Fumble" still lives on in postseason legend. They are giving Sean Payton a pass for the worst play-calling of his career in the 4th quarter and OT. I honestly was worried about Ernest Byner after those two games. Dude fumbled at the same point and at the same place both times to lose those games for the Browns. Posted January 21 (edited) The way the Saints lost to the Vikings last year and the Rams this year is karma for the nonstop 28-3 crap they pull everytime we have played them since. They laughed non stop when we got screwed over in 2012 on the clear as day hold by Bowman in the NFC Champ. game when we would have been playing the SB in New Orleans. I love they got screwed over this time. I am going to enjoy all the Saints fan tears for the next 7 months.
