Only he didn't...Brady's throw AFTER the no-contact is what made contact; ever so slight. It wasn't his swipe that hit Brady.

Right. I'm just saying in real time it looked like it to me when the play was run. The referee in the booth basically gave them a pass too because they can't look back at replay to call it right.
