Troy Tulowitzki announced he will not attempt to return from his latest calf injury. Tulo instead says his goodbye to MLB.

O's and the Angels played 16 last night. 0's got the lead in the 16th but ran out of pitchers. CF Stevie Wilkerson was put on the mound to get the save. He pitched a perfect inning and is the first position player to record a save in MLB history.

It was awesome!! Didn't end until 3:30 am my time!! What a fantastic game. I watched it from the 8th inning on. Lots of incredible drama.

Watching tonight's game and just learned about another record set last night, it was the first non-September game in MLB history in which each team used 10 pitchers.

The Baltimore Orioles just set a new MLB record. They now have hit 2 or more homeruns in 10 straight games. That's the longest such streak in MLB history!!

The Phillies just found out that David Robertson's going to need season-ending surgery. He might be out for all of next year, too.
