Phillies and Yankees are reportedly kicking the tires on Greinke. The problem is Greinke doesnt want to be traded. He told media he would understand if they tried and he does have a 15 team no trade list. Greinke loves being in Arizona and have zero desire to leave. He also has that enormous contract that is hard to trade.

Indians released CarGo. He hit just .210/.282/.276. Theres a reason nobody wanted to sign him to play away from Coors.

Exactly the reason I didn't want him!! He was entirely a product of Coors Field.

Lucas Sims had an ERA of 6.01 heading into tonight, but he's throwing a gem. He's pitched seven scoreless innings of three-hit ball and has nine strikeouts.

Derek Dietrich, the guy the Pirates hate, has homered three times, too. It's just not Pittsburgh's night.

How about Seattle? They started 13-2 this season, they're 11-31 since then. That's the worst mark in the league.

Yep. They're this year's Mets.

Tough situation in Houston. Almora fouled a ball into the stands that struck a small child. The parent immediately ran and carried the child out. No word on any condition yet. Almora is seriously impacted as anyone would be by it.

Something that really hasn't gotten enough attention is that Minnesota has an 11 1/2 game lead on June 3rd. That's all but impossible these days.

Helps that they're the only team in their division over .500 and that they're 11-3 against their own division. But more impressive is them being 14-6 against the AL East and 12-5 against the AL West. I definitely didn't see this coming from them!! 6th in baseball in team ERA at 3.88 and 1st in runs scored!! That will win a lot of games!!

McCutchen may  be out for an extended period. Had to be helped off the field last night after getting caught in a run down. Also put this on Twitter:

Pitchers reaction,

All he had to was go to 2B and then they go to 1B for an inning ending DP. Mariners have 13 wins in their last 50 games.
