youngbloodz
I know everyone is excited about Waters,Pache,Riley and should. But Ian Anderson is the player I'm most excited about. He looks like he has ace potential. Him,Soraka,Fried as the top 3 in any order yes please ATL Fan in the DMV and Falconsfan567

That's incredible when you think about it. youngbloodz and FalconsIn2012
K26dp
Here's this week's written farm report and podcast farm report. Riley is discussed. A lot.

That's a defensive liability right now since hes just learning the OF. If he takes to it well then I could see it eventually later in the year. And Acuna is not Ender in the field. He is good, but, bit gg caliber. It makes Riley out there even bigger of a gamble.

Unknøwn
Ender is elite defensively. Nobody is going to match that. JDFIII

His stuff is good, he reportedly struggles to command it at times which is typical coming off TJ. Opponents only hit .145 off him at AA. He managed to only allow 3 runs in AA over 15 innings despite walking 9. JDFIII

JDFIII
Rome Braves CF, Justin Dean Curious what we think of this guy. Does he have enough hit skill to stay in the leadoff role?

Unknøwn
Snitker said last night led them to go ahead and pull the plug on Venters. Snitker basically said they knew the time was near but last night showed them it was now. Makes me really glad Blevins went unclaimed. We'd be in some trouble. ATL Fan in the DMV
Blevins, yikes! We had other prospects we could have brought up, and we chose Blevins? Sigh...

He's here for only 1 reason in close games. To be a left handed one out guy only. For bigger moves pen wise there are guys that can come up, but this is really a minor deal here (that will be fine as long as he's a LOOGY *only*). Don't know why you guys are talking about this in this thread but Snitker didn't use him that way because no one knows why. That's the way he should be used but didn't happen today. Good hands and pitch recognition, aggressive without too much swing-and-miss. Bat can get a little loopy, I'd like to see him get quicker to the ball and let it travel a little more so he can tap into some nascent power. Defensive skills are plus already, plus speed, plus-plus make-up. JDFIII
K26dp
Here's this week's farm reports in written and podcast form. On the former I dig into Jassel De La Cruz's no-hitter. On the podcast we talk about him and Weigel and Ynoa and Derian Cruz, and centerfield depth. JDFIII and Passprotection

I do feel like we will have a steady infield for years to come, including catcher. That is IF we stay healthy. I love to root for guys that are told you aren't enough. Yeah, he's my favorite guy in the Rome line-up right now, and there's some fun guys there to pull for. Trey Harris and Greg Cullen are kind of cut from the same cloth. K26dp
This week's farm report has FSL All-Stars, a good week for Rome but with a key injury, a bad week for Florida, good pitching in Mississippi, yet more homers for Gwinnett, plus transactions and mailbag.
