Kazee made more mistakes as a first year starter than Hooper. He might make leap next year if he were the starter but let’s see how he performs in the role given. On the subject of most improved between years, Hooper improved on previous body of work. Kazee first time starter and made a very good mark with weaknesses to his game being glaring at times. PS: I’d say Ryan bounced back in numbers but a good portion was due to players like Hooper putting in work and other WRs doing better. I am excited about Kazee once he gets better in other areas.. The point is Hooper was a featured player in 2017 that improved in 2018. Kazee simply got an opportunity; improved may be a definition type of thing in this thread. Falcons breakout player of 2018?
