THE DAY YOU HOPE YOUR (TRUE) TEAM LOSES (ON PURPOSE) FOR 5 MORE CHANCES TO MAKE A GOOD DECISION....

I'd like to win a Superbowl one day, not just moral victories against defeated teams to watch a coaching staff attempt to save jobs when it's already too late.. Why couldn't we be so bold mid season when we had our poop pushed in

The Falcons didn't lose LI because they didn't have a top 10 draft pick that year.

Huh? Your recency bias is showing. This Falcons team has been trash all season and has managed to win games against the worst team in the NFL, Camless Panthers and Tampa (in ugly fashion).

You people are a f'ing trip. Not winning games does not necessarily equate to giving up. In life, you can give something everything you have and still come up short.

I bet the Falcons win LI if they had've had a top 10 pick that year. Bosa, Ramsey, Buckner or Zeke would've done it.

But thanks for playing.

Your logic is beyond stupid. Really dude? We would've won if we kicked the field goal. This notion that losing to get a higher pick is just moronic. At least by winning out the team shows, they are fighting for their HC, they have not lost belief. Tanking sounds good in concept but is completely stupid in execution and the long term.

What? How are you refuting my logic with this post? This is complete drivel, kid. Try better.

Good lord. The term 'giving up' means whatever you want it to, eh? I equate it to heart. The Falcons showed none of it for 3/4ths of the season.

Showed plenty of heart, but they also played undisciplined and stupid for large stretches. It wasn't an issue of "heart," it was an issue of coaching and execution.

Ok Merriam-Webster. You cant just make up your own definitions.

Giving up means to stop trying. Nothing else.
