So you can probably outplay these guys, right?

Of course not... but a lot of these guys are players on practice squads, trying to get back on nfl rosters like Trent Richardson, etc and players that never got picked up by the nfl. They see the AAF as that stepping stone to get to, back to, the nfl.

You've got it all wrong my friend. It's an alternative professional football league. The NFL has the popularity. Players could decide to leave the NFL, and join one of these leagues. Imagine if guys like Julio, AB, or any NFL Star decided to do that.

Either way, we got more football.

@Faithful Falcon

It's not quite the NFL, and it's not quite college football, either. It's being billed as a developmental league that is trying to be an augmentation to the NFL season, according to league co-founder Bill Polian, with a bunch of things that will look the same and some that will look markedly different from the football to which you are accustomed.

This league is gonna be further PROOF that the NFL is in cahoots with College Football to prevent underclassmen from turning pro early... :lol:

That's only for TV Ratings. It's all a system. By standards, your GPA has to be a certain minimum to be accepted into the school. Then they tell the kids that they're there to play sports, not get an education.

Local CBS channel is advertising it at 8 p/m

Not everybody will be able to watch it.... which is stupid. Most will get SA vs SD game.

Any chance Vick can be OC for the Falcons?

Heard joe Hawley is up to be the Legends’ OL coach, with James Stone his assistant.
