WiscoFalcon
Sorry, but I am another member of the brotherhood who doesn't get to watch on Sunday's - just follow on Gamecast. How did Oliver look out there today?
Smiler11
Better. His coverage was sound for the most part, broke up a couple of passes. That said he was beat for a TD and bailed out by Neasman on another.
SkerFalcon8710
I didnt scream in agony over his olay like i do alfords so.... id say he did well
Talen Kylon
He was in a good position for each of the catches I saw on him, the receivers just made great plays on the ball.
Emmitt
He got beat a few times, but it took really good catches because Oliver was draped over him. The young fella is going to be a good one with some time.
falconsfan4life3
He was impressive. Going to be a good one.
jdawg4876
here is what I see good long arms, good speed, does not panic and get grabby bad does not turn head quick enough, is not a ball hawk at all, can be had on a double move
Tribal Chief
If he learns how to turn his head around he will be okay. From what I seen he stayed with the receivers for the most part.

WiscoFalcon
Sounds good for the most part appreciate it fellas!
Monolith2001
He looked really good to me. The two catches to Josh Doctson were contested and required pretty exceptional play from the WR to come down with.
Jesus
He looked like a rookie plus. He's gonna be a keeper.

I’ll let him slide on that
gazoo
He is definitely a keeper, just needs tweaking by experience. Virtually all CBS have to learn baptism by fire. Hes already playing at a good level, so he’s a keeper

But this was his 1st career start. Potential is there. It’s pretty bad that the defense didn’t skip a beat with Alford out

I’ll let him slide on that his speed will be a problem his whole career, against speedsters he will be burned. he relies on his big frame and long arms a lot, and like we both said he is far too late turning his head. he is an ideal outside corner though

See Patrick Peterson vs Julio and other elites lol End of the day, he’s not going to be thrown into situations where he can’t succeed weekly. Today was a good test and he passed with flying colors imo

I really thought he had “lockdown corner” written all over him after 2015 and 2016 before he got hurt. He looks like a very average starter out there
