Tank Carradine released by Raiders

29 posts in this topic

per Rotoworld:
Raiders released DE Tank Carradine.
Carradine requested his release after playing just 24 snaps over the first four games. The move clears a roster spot for Daryl Worley's return from suspension. A rotational run-stopper, Carradine should resurface with another team. Oct 5 - 5:39 PM

Versatile run stopper kind of d-lineman.   Do you think Falcons give him a look?

Could be a replacement for means should they feel like they need a veteran DE. With Ayers and Ealy getting looks its obvious they view the pass rush as a work in progress

With as much mention as Means gets, he better dayum produce.

Just an option for pressures. Not like Freeney situation 2016. If he turns into anything that's the goal. Who knows? What can we expect though a signing after seasons starts, but hope for something. Expectations vs hopeful. :O)

The Raiders have zero pass rush right now and they let this guy go. That’s pretty telling.

Yes.

It means the Falcons will probably sign him.

We wont sign him. Even with a cool name like "Tank". Dan Quinn says we are fine with what we have.

Cause Quinn will never admit that they are "Tanking". :ninja:

Had his name been Tink, Quinn would sign him.
