Cant say I love it,,, But hopeful he will electrify the Return game and help us get 1st downs...Nobody had him in my draft game,, I WOULD HAVE NEVER DREAMED HE'D BE our first pick! Hope he helps our return game ....

We needed WR depth so I'm ok with going in this direction. I wasn't expecting that depth to be a new #2 WR, but that's alright. If you don't have many needs then you should go BPA to make strengths even stronger. Ridley is much more of an over the top threat than Sanu, which is what I wanted so that's nice, and is a great route runner and will be a top notch #2 for Julio.

Still, I'll continue to feel annoyed about this pick until they address DT. If/when that happens then I'll feel better about this pick.

No one dreamed he would be available at #26.

In my case, didn't believe he would make it past #19 in worst-case-scenario. Glad he did.

Ridley was the BPA available, as well as the BPA that makes our team better, Offense better, and it opens up the 2nd/3rd rd. picks to focus on the other positions which are much deeper at the other positions we either need to add to, or that also make us better overall.  I won't be shocked if we draft a TE, RB, LB, CB, or OL in the rounds tonight either. We may also double-dip on DT between rounds 2-4.

I'd bet there is going to be a very good TE or RB available at our pick in the 2nd.

I could see Braden Smith as the pick in the 2nd.

Could be a CB drafted tonight.  Maybe a S.

Lots of good fits for us to pick from; all of which make us much better.

He had two KR's in 3 years for like 2-4 yards. I don't see him in the return game.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

I agree. There is NO CHANCE we take our new prized first round pick who weighs a buck ninety on a 6’1” frame and put him back at KR/PR.

Not happening!

It’s not something he’s down on a regular

Wonder how they see him going forward. That's what I'm curious about. He doesn't block well at all and can't get off press coverage. With those 2 things, you definitely not playing him on the outside, he's a slot wide out and too me if you struggle in press coverage, unless he increases his frame or gets stronger I don't see that changing and blocking is an attitude. Wonder what's there plan going forward.
