I thought it was 315 at first too...but those are cross fit style bumper plates. Look closely at the last plate. it's thinner than the first two. either way anyone that can power clean 225 and above is a strong mofo in my opinion.

I used to do that in my teens...  but just 5 reps hahhahah

why the assumption of the last plate being 25 and not 35? Just curio, not familiar with those fancy city plates. we have to do it Rocky IV style in N.GA

Just looks like a 25 to me...could be wrong but looks like the 25's in my gym.

I do crossfit virtually every day and barbell club multiple days every week, and I can tell you Grady is high-cleaning 275. Those end plates are definitely 25’s.

Dude is an absolute beast.  The fact he’s 6’1 300-310 and has no visible fat is insane.  He’s probably 15-18% total bodyfat, which is amazing for a DT his size.

He’s going all-pro this year, just watch.
