Look closely at the last plate. it's thinner than the first two. either way anyone that can power clean 225 and above is a strong mofo in my opinion. Beef Posted April 15, 2018 Share Posted April 15, 2018 I do crossfit virtually every day and barbell club multiple days every week, and I can tell you Grady is high-cleaning 275. Those end plates are definitely 25’s. Dude is an absolute beast. The fact he’s 6’1 300-310 and has no visible fat is insane. He’s probably 15-18% total bodyfat, which is amazing for a DT his size.
