Until January GOP in the house and senate could face no consequences. Do house democrats have the power to punish or expel him?

Yes, they do.  At the very least, he is trying to interfere with a committee investigation.  He might have legal immunity from prosecution if he claims it was part of his official congressional actions.  But the House can absolutely find that he violated ethics rules and expell him for it.

What the **** does this even mean?

Let him explain the difference to the FBI.  I’d love to see a transcript of THAT testimony.

Gaetz has a law degree.  If he’s licensed somewhere then I hope they disbar him.  That would be sweet irony for him to get disbarred for witness intimidation he committed on the same day that Michael Cohen was disbarred.

Is Gaetz saying that since he's going to be questioning Cohen anyway, how can he be intimidating Cohen?

What if he said the same thing tomorrow on the "stand" ?

Generally, a defendant may be found guilty under section 1505 if the government establishes that: (1) there was a proceeding pending before a department or agency of the United States; (2) the defendant knew of or had a reasonably founded belief that the proceeding was pending; and (3) the defendant corruptly endeavored to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which the proceeding was pending.

MSNBC talking about reparations, making a specific segment.

CNN asking at the Bernie Sanders town hall asked about reparations.

Something happened to start these questions... Who was asked about it first? Kamala or Joaquin?

He  is not trying to intimidate a witness. According to Gaetz, “No, it is challenging the veracity and character of a witness. We do it everyday. We typically do it during people's testimony.”

Matt, dude. You have your head up Donald Trump‘s ***. Donald Trump, the guy who paid for the silence of porn stars he was banging when his wife was home with his newborn child.  Trump, the guy who was having affair with his second wife when he was married to his first wife. And was having an affair with his third wife when he was married to his second wife.

The guy who brags about molesting women. The guy who no less than 18 women have accused of sexually molesting them.

In light of that, Please explain to me the roll Fidelity in your mind in determining the character and veracity of anyone.

 You lying ***********.

I mean how can this be anything other then racial profiling?

That's what it is but since nobody has stopped cops and the Fed from doing it, it's going to continue. That police department said that it's going to stop but only because they know they're going to be sued. Every one that engages in this criminal behavior should be sued and the cases should not be settled out of court. They need to be shamed in an open forum.
