jlrfalcon 4,103
Did anybody actually watch the Pro Bowl? I notice that Deion was the leading tackler (6 tackles) for the NFC. Keanu had a tackle. However, the NFC did lose 24-23 plus the game is very loosely played with only light contact nowadays.
ya_boi_j 67,617
Didn’t watch it but on the highlights after walker caught the game winner they showed jones with his hands on his hips. I assumed he gave up the td and went to another video
JD dirtybird21 22,864
I didn’t watch the pro bowl but I saw the game winning TD that Jones gave up Edited January 29, 2018 by JD dirtybird21
aerosmith67 2,468
With the superimposed physicality players were playing with all 3 guys had good days. If the players would have been allowed to go full speed and return fumbles the NFC would have destroyed the AFC yesterday.
aerosmith67 2,468
At one point in the game the sight of a Panthers, Falcons and Bucs LB crew in at the same time was pretty cool to see.
Sun Tzu 7 13,953
The Pro Bowl is pointless. It's pretty sad when it makes pre-season football look good because at least then they're really trying. They should just let them play flag football and call it a day.... PokerSteve 27,923
I don't remember ever watching the Pro Bowl or any portion of one. Unlikely to ever watch one in the future. Just seems like a total waste of time.

Does anybody remember the old Georgia Bulldogs RB that was a Patriot that went to pro-bowl and shredded his knee on some beach pre-probowl festivity game and was never the same again? The pro-bowl will end if it ends the career of a major star - one day it might happen.

DoYouSeeWhatHappensLarry 7,402
The ten minutes I saw had a bunch of players going at 1/3 speed, not tackling each other and looking awkward. At some point, the NFL is just going to have to admit defeat on the game. Name Pro Bowl teams, have some skills competitions, and have a fans/players weekend/event. Slappywhite 3,910
wife and I were disgussing the nights TV , she wanted the Grammys , and I wanted to peek in on my Falcon brethren , we compromised , and I saw tidbits of each , but one was as bad as the other so we switched to "Shameless " and both ended up happy. ProBowl was during the day... Grammys were at night (unless Pro Bowl was DVR'd)

octoslash 18,231
I was planning on watching the pro bowl but ended up doing something more fun, ie clipping my toenails and trimming the hair in my nose.

I think the last time I was interested was after Moras first year when Vick was the QB and the Falcons staff was coaching the NFC team. The last time I even watched a minute of it John Abraham was playing. The ball was snapped and Abe just stood up and looked around. I immediately changed the channel and cursed myself for wasting 2 minutes watching that garbage. Never again...
red falcon 4,968
I dont blame the players i wouldn't jeopardize my money and health for a meaningless gm
