Too many to count, so I'm not going to post videos for all of these, but some of my favorites not yet mentioned:

Hendrix:  Purple Haze

Zeppelin: Heartbreaker, Rock and Roll, Living Loving Maid, Whole Lotta Love

Aerosmith:  Walk This Way, Mama Kin

Nugent:  Stranglehold

Philip Sayce:  Love is a Powerful Thing

Gary Moore:  Still Got the Blues (technically not a "riff" per se, but a fantastic hook)

SRV:  Pride and Joy, Tightrope

ZZ Top:  Just Got Paid, Waiting on the Bus, La Grange

AC/DC:  Hells Bells, Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution, Back in Black

Guns n Roses:  Mr. Brownstone

Remember back in the 90's when you had to buy tab books of your favorite band to learn their songs?

Man, if I'd had youtube back in the day.......

I tell my kids all the time how lucky they are.  They teach themselves to play piano, ukulele, etc.  They still ask me to teach them stuff on the guitar, but they don't need to.

I had internet tabs, which were notoriously inaccurate, but I kick myself for not spending more time practicing growing up.  I could be 2-3 times the player I am, easily.  And while trying to learn every Dave Matthews and Dispatch song, as well as the DADGAD two handed acoustic tapping, in college to try to get laid, I could have been practicing scales and riffs.

God, there is so many.  I like all your picks here.  So many more we could add like EVH, SRV, Slow Hand, more Hendrix, I'll add more later.
