Our coaches are too stubborn to make changes. And a lot of the people on this forum are also blind

Things I never understood:

1. Why didn't we resign our fb , not like he's going to break the bank

2. Y didn't we resign tamme?

3. Wes Schweitzer? Really?!! He would be lucky if he could be any back Up guard in any team. (Where are all the Wes is just fine people at now??? Oh, OG is not a big priority blah blah blah, where r u guys now?!!!!)

4. How long will it take our coaching staff to realize that Austin Hooper is not ready right now? Does it take another injury like it did Duke Riley for this team to get lucky enough to start a better player right now?

5. The people on here that thought jalen Collins was somewhat good is just mind boggling to me. R u serious? R u guys watching the same thing I am? Jalen Collins was such garbage yet the coaches kept putting him in there.

Ok I am done ranting.  Kind of sick of these posters on here that are now silent after the fact that I said OG and TE were the biggest needs on this team. I am mad at the management who didn't try as hard as they did 2 years ago in the draft. This year's draft is pathetic at best. Too stubborn to realize that their decision of thinking their players are ready for the nfl makes me sick

I can get with you on # 1 & # 3 but a lot of us said the same.  Hooper looked ready at the end of last season so I guess I was fooled too.

But y does it take so long for the head coach to realize this? Y are they so stubborn???

Jalen Collins hasn't been active for one game this season.

Sometimes the FO seems to stick their chest out because they didn't make a move. But you don't move forward by standing still. Look at the Patriots they easily could have stood still but instead they added more to their roster look at Philly they made deals and added more to their roster. The FO seems stubborn and seem to want to just ride it out.

I'm talking about last year

But the entire tone of your post comes as you laying out what's wrong with now.  Jalen hasn't been any part of what has gone on in 2017.

On another note, though, Jalen actually played well last year after Tru went down and the defense when away from zone to man free, which played to everyone's strengths.

I'm giving examples on how stubborn the coach is. Jalen can't cover anything as far as I'm concerned . U should rewatch him in coverage. Dude is horrible

I did.  I watched him all last season.  And I haven't always been a Jalen fan.

He took his lumps of course, and every time he responded.

I much rather would have resigned DiMarco than sign Andre Roberts. That much is for certain.

Roberts and Schaub were both contract mistakes.

For real.  I like Roberts' ability, but his decision making always seems to be wrong.

I also love Schaub, but we need a mid-round pick to groom behind Ryan, if for no other reason than that good teams draft QBs and trade them for added value (witness what the Patriots just did).

The team is clearly missing a FB right now.  The Bills did overpay, but the Birds should have focused on a replacement immediately.

Roberts has been aw-ful. AWFUL. I dont know that I've been more consistently frustrated with a Falcons player since.....? Umm....?

Harry Douglas, maybe?

Schaub should have been hired as a QB coach. I'll never think otherwise. He is not a viable backup QB if something were to happen to Matt. So why are we paying him $4.5million? If its for his presence in the QB room, make him a QB coach, pay him the same money and bank the cap room.

I dont think Coleman has been awful....I just think DiMarco was so much more useful. Even though they did phase him out over the second half of the season.

Correct.  And a younger player would likely achieve the same results if Matt goes down.
