Need something to shake up this team - Sending a message to the coaches/players that what we have seen half way through is not good enough

In sports and life if you don't take care of something gone wrong - somebody steps in to correct, at this stage and sorry to say - it's time for the Atlanta Falcons.

Here is a few I thought of :

• Sign Byron Maxwell- now
•  Sign Gary Kubiak -next season
• Demote/Transfer Marquand Manuel
• Demote/Transfer Sarkasian
• Bench Hooper, Poe, Poole, McKinley.
• Fire a few Assistant coaches - there is way too many.

Honestly, I’m getting real close to to saying Quinn needs another position.  I like his drafting and talent evaluation... but he doesn’t seem to be developing into a good head coach

How many people can this organization afford to "transfer"?  We already have 7 GM's.  Time to start firing people outright.
