lostnmexico
More than anything, we need a shot of confidence but I am making my Christmas list two months early. We missed out on Marcell Dareus and Navarro Bowman. We got an early gift in Ahtyba Rubin, but if Santa wants to know.......I would really like Vontae Davis AND Martavius Bryant in Atlanta for Christmas. Not sure if the gaurd market is flush with options right now but I would take a flyer on the Big Reciever and the CB.
Vandy
A Joker/Move TE (like Tamme was) to give Ryan another weapon
DoYouSeeWhatHappensLarry
That isnt anywhere near our biggest need.

Cordy Glenn and Duane Brown are the only two I have confirmed on the OL. There may be some, but not that I know. I also do see what people are talking about with Wes. WiscoFalcon
1st and 2nd down thumping LB that can actually shed blocks and stop the run.
YoungHeezy
Wes is far from a major issue. He just needs to keep getting better.

Yeah and I dont know that we'd have the ability to get Glenn under the cap. I dont think Wes has been a revelation or anything but the total context of the situation hardly supports spending assets to upgrade him on a temporary basis. A RG isnt the difference between this team being a ~ .500 +/- 1 game team and a 12-4 team.

Gold4425
I've said it before and it is very doable and won't cause a ton of money. Bring Tamme back he catches everything! MR likes him. Go get Hage back, he would block a Fg or PAT, blow up a backfield a couple of times, he Jarrett, Poe and Rubin will give us a nasty SB type DL. Go sign Bryon Maxwell he has played for our DC and DQ and will give us crazy depth at CB. Ask Chester out of retirement. He can help Wes, give us some quality snaps and remember what MACK said "Chester is the true Professional who knew this offense inside out." We have to make up our mind are we going to cover every stone to try and get to the SB which is going to be difficult or are we going to worry about peoples feelings and let people grow while getting lit. Do you want the SB or do you want to rebuild?
TheFatboi
Wes is actually playing as well as you’d expect a first year starter to play. Coleman’s Big run came off Wes.

NashvilleFalcon01
How much worse is Wes than Chris Chester? I think the answer is marginally so. Edited October 30, 2017 by NashvilleFalcon01

Coleman’s Big run came off Wes. Coleman's big run came off of himself. Did u see how flexible and explosive he Is? Don't credit Wes. I feel like if MR had a little bit more time to throw it would help us out a lot. I think offensive line is our biggest need. How many times has MR been sacked cause of Wes? The answer is a lot. MR always panics because he has no trust in the offensive line. That sucks for a QB. What's more sad is we probably will resign Jake Matthews but I think he's been playing a lot better as of late. We shall see what the final numbers from him is, I'm guessing we will overpay for Jake Matthews. I cannot say the same for Wes. He's the weak link in our oline. And I am a hardcore falcons fan. That is y I am so critical of them because I expect the best out of my falcons. Fumbling 5x is unacceptable and should be been changed to shotgun after the 2nd lost fumble .that is on the OC

Gold4425
I like Wes and he is really trying hard BUT we want the SB especially after last year. We can't use the excuse he was playing against an All Pro type-welcome to the NFL. There is a way he can continue to grow and we can help Mack and Matt by either using Garland, go get veteran Chester or someone of the likes to help out with some snaps. HOF coaches like Belichik would ride with their young. He’s not playing to the point of replacement. The ONLY way to get better is live acation. Never seen anyone develop from the bench.
