What a dishonest post......either one of of our tackles would be starters on pretty much any team they certainly would be back ups..as would Levitre and ofcourse Mack would. Wes has been progressing he is only in his 8th game full time nfl game. It is too soon to tell if he is the answer or not but he has been more good than bad up to this point

Going forward he gets Kawaan Short twice and Gerald McCoy twice. So you want to play RG in the NFL. It seems every week (this year AND last) we play a team that "has a great defensive front". It's almost comical cause those are the teams that can give us problems. I keep waiting to play someone where the pre-game analysis is "They are really weak on the DLine". ryanadonis
Wes is a bad guard. He needs to be more in your face and stop relying on trying to have perfect technique. I saw alot of times he will try to do perfect technique but at the same time he wouldn't even put his hands on the defender, just let's the defender run by him. Wes is not the answer for us. He's a forever back up guard. And that's being nice. I'm pretty sure we can find a back up on another team that's better than him. I like the Rubin pick up our front office made. I believe he's the reason our rush defense was improved drastically.
jj00100
Our tackling also got a lot better. Glad duke Riley wasn't playing. Maybe him being injured helped us even more. I dont like injuries but this injury actually helped us because we all know dan quinn is too stubborn and will keep playing a person who sucks because he's too stubborn to admit he made the wrong choice in making them starters (ex. Jalen collins). Wes Schweitzer. What are we going to do about him? I know the coach will keep sticking with his players. Seems like a Mike Smith replica in mind set. Kept Playing our old rbs who sucked ( the rb from the chargers and Steven Jackson? Do u guys remember who that rb was of ours who was a back up and kept running for 80 yard tds but never got PT. )
CraigSmackDaddy
Nice to see a positive thread, well outside of giving a guard who has started 7 games ish. We won and I'll take it. Hopefully we come out Sunday and stomp the Panthers. Everyone will then be back on the bandwagon.

That is a very false statement First off, you didn't show it was false. You only showed that you disagreed. 2nd, I only said some. Not all. I dont think the Falcons RG could start let alone be good enough to be a guard for most if not all the NFL teams. There is no reason to think otherwise. There is nothing dishonest about telling you that. False does not mean dishonest. Dishonest means to intentionally deceive. I am giving my honest assessment even if you think I am wrong. NashvilleFalcon01
I think Wes is this year's Chris Chester. The best case scenario is that this is his floor, and I think that's closer to being accurate.
