insertnamehere
I really believe that we will. I would hope that this game on Sunday will be the game where we start to turn our season around. The thought of this season being a wash kills me.

notthatcool
There are two or three threads just like this on the front page alone. There is even one you can pick the score.
Born Again Georgian
Oddly enough, I think they'll actually show up for this one, Seattle, and the division games. They don't seem to care about the others if they're not marquee match ups.

After seeing how DeVondre was so eager to talk about wanting to play the Patriots right after losing what should have been an embarrassing game for him, I'm really starting to believe that this team got caught twice overlooking teams that they thought would be guaranteed wins. They were able to ride the excuse of missing Vic, Julio, Sanu, and Rico in the Buffalo game and even that in itself can be argued because we still had the "MVP", Free, Teco, and Gabriel playing. I think they show up for this game too.
Falcons Fan MVP
I think we win. Offense will have a good game.

#22
Time for the Falcons to show up or shut up. Falcons win 31 - 21 on national television. And Chris Collinsworthless...shut your big mouth.
mikeg272
I honestly think that's part of our issue in the second half of the Miami game. Shouldn't look past anyone at any point but I think we started looking toward the NE game. I hope and think we show up for this one.

Lethal
I honestly think that the only team that can truly beat us is ourselves as cliche and cheesy as it is. We have proven time and again that when this team performs the way it should, the list of teams that can beat us is next to none. Not entirely sure what is the deal this year, but hopefully they figure it out before it's too late.
Beast-N-Da-Sheetz
I do for 2 reasons. 1. It's the only game the team seems to be focused on. 2. NE doesn't have a big nasty D-line. We've been getting bullied by good Dlines since Philly last year, other than Seattle in the playoffs.
MD-FalconFan13
The Bills and Dolphins games were classic Falcons playing down to competition, struggling against good D-Lines and giving away games. See Charges and Eagles last year for proof. The weird thing is, especially for prime time games, we seem to get pumped up against better competition. See Raiders, Broncos and Packers last year for proof. We could very well lose this game, but I've got a sneaky suspicion that we come out and run the ball consistently to keep Brady on the sidelines. Matt has no turnovers and the offense rolls...
Jesus
The Falcons might not win another game until after the Carolina game.
Boise Falcon Fan
I do. Why? I don't really know. I guess it is because I think this team is better than it has shown...
The Great American
I honestly believe the Falcons are capable of winning this game!
jlrfalcon
I think this team has had this game in its primary vision for weeks and part of the reason we lost to Buffalo and Miami was thinking more about this one (similar to how they had Green Bay in their vision for week 2). Also, the Patriots are historically good but really have not been that good this year, especially on defense. They really are having just as bad of a start this year and should have lost to the Jets last week.
DoYouSeeWhatHappensLarry
Will? I said yes, but I don't know. Can we? Absolutely. The Pats D continues to struggle in both phases, their pass rush has been poor, the offense has been good but has struggled to protect Brady. I'm not going to say we SHOULD win this game but we almost have to. And I think we can.
FalconMama
I don't but I do believe if we keep it close we can steal it.
E. T.
I just want the defense to freakin show up!!!! I'm tired of seeing this bunch get pushed around! This is year 3 under Quinn, where's the gotdayum D! To answer the OP... I think we still have our mistakes show up in this game. I hope we pull one out here but No.

RYNE
Falcons have shown me nothing this season so far that suggests to me that they are ready to beat New England. And I think NE is actually worse than last year. And I didn’t think they were great last year. They just have Brady. And he is a winner. middlegatv
I voted YES but I'm basing that on the hope that in theory maybe we are suffering a Superbowl hangover and have being going thru the motions leading up to this game. The only game that we seemed to play with any kind of purpose was the GB game and we rocked them.
Dirtybird56
We are plenty capable of winning Sunday. No team in the league we can't match up with and beat but teams can beat us too. Plenty of parity in the league, just gotta get hot towards the end of the season but have to get enough W's along the way
