fuego
Nice. But with a bye week that gives them a lot of time to deal with this again in the courts.

roguebeaver
Great! Stop that crazy shat of players suing when they are punished for violating their employers rules of conduct and get punished for it! Its an employment contract, nothing at all to do with a legal/criminally prosecutable act! So, Tom Brady did his time, others did theirs and now Big Zeke has to do his!! Expert Poster
Cowboys are in real trouble if he has to serve it. They may be in trouble even if he doesn't. Their schedule is brutal. 8 games against Redskins (x2), Eagles (x2), Chiefs, Raiders, Seahawks, and us.
DonDaLuvMaker
Elliott should've just did his time so he could've made sure that he was ready during the hardest stretch of the Cowboys season. Doubt the Cowboys even make the playoffs with or without him though.
caponine
The nfl is a joke smh, run by simple minded people.
WinningIsTheOnlyOption
I wish I had the money to fight and argue against every issue that simply upset me in my life. This dude is young and stupid and is obviously around the wrong people influencing his life. Sad, but you can see the train wreck coming as time goes on. I just hope nobody else goes off the rails with him when it happens. I used to laugh at the Falcons filter idea, but not anymore. All these teams giving troubled players big money doesn't help, it just makes things worse. We shall see what happens, I just hope his attitude doesn't do harm to anyone else. ON THE FIELD or OFF! FentayeJones
Whether its now or later, Zeke is going to eventually serve his suspension.

octoslash
I'd rather face them with him in there. In case no one noticed, he's stinking up the field every time he plays.

There was no evidence , they just wanted to make an example out of someone and not really investigate etc. you know how many people this has happened to but they were never on the news ? Im sure zeke is not the only that has an ex claiming such and such out of the thousands of nfl players. You really think he is the only one this had happened too ?? I mean how tf can you punish someone with no evidence Edited October 12, 2017 by caponine

In my keeper league, I started out with D Johnson, Beckham, Eifert, Woodhead, and Corey Coleman, all of which are on IR. Fun season so far

Which is true, goddell has too much power. NFLPA needs to take some of that power away. Dont know why they did in the first place
HEIST
Zeke hasn't looked right at all this year to me anyway. Still an above average RB but last year he was dynamic. Maybe he'll use the time off to get back in shape.
NeonDeion
This whole thing is a crock of ****. There is a reason all chDged were dropped against him. NFL needs to stop playing judge and only suspend players convicted or who reached settlements with their accusers (basically admission of guilt)
Faithful Falcon
From what I'm hearing, it's likely that he will be serving his suspension now. The process has so many steps that it's virtually impossible to prolong it.
