I met rich mckay today while walking around the new stadium. He was talking to an architect telling him he wants this stuff "cooler". He wasn't yelling but you could hear the passion in his voice.

When he walked away I said hello and told him I was a big fan. He asked my name, asked how I was doing, and we had a 5 minute conversation about the falcons and the stadium.

Great guy who is definitely passionate about the game and this team

I cant post pictures but my instagram is @jjaetheredge for proof.

And if if you haven't seen the stadium it is GLORIOUS!

We came to Atlanta a day early before this game and went to Nuevo Laredo for dinner.   Rich McKay was in front of us waiting for a table (he had a party of about 8 or 9 people with him).    I didn't want to bother him since he was out to dinner, but I said hello and smiled - and he did the same.       We had dinner a couple of tables over.   Not sure who all was with him - but they were having a grand time!

Agree about McKay.  Really nice guy. Met him when we were building the player housing in Flowery Branch.  It was during camp and I made the comment about cuts coming up for the rookies.  Said they're not the hard part, its the seasoned vets.  Couple days later Bob Whitfield was released.
