droopy1592
All three top tackles are injured on their report and they have promoted Adam Pankey up from the practice squad (!). Spriggs hammy sounds like a 2-3 week issue, Bulaga has ankle and health problems, and Bakhtiari also has a hammy. These three were held out of practice today. Double A might be running for his life or focused on more important things than passing the ball, like survival and preventing forced fumbles! Is Pankey any good? Sun Tzu 7
Aaron Rogers is stil Aaron Rogers and the ball is probably going to come out quickly or he'll move around so he can try to throw it 70 yards down the field. lets not take him for granted... D.B.N.
I wanna see another Falcon flop ala Rocky in the NFCCG due to our defense abusing A-Aron and getting in his head. Also, another Poole-hit from any of the defensive guys would be great. Arrive violently!

He tired that scramble around stuff last year. Vic did a very nice job in the spy role on him. He'll win sometimes, but its not like it used to be. Its no longer an automatic win for AR when he breaks the pocket.

#1ATLFALCONSFAN
Bakhtiari was just limited (Alex Mack was limited for us too) and Spriggs is a backup. No big deal.

We won't let him get outside the pocket like we did second half of the 1st game and the whole playoff game. Man to man and it's a wrap for them. Wardog357
I love the direction our defense is going but I doubt Rogers is scared of facing any team. Say what you want, but that dude has ice water in his veins. I just hope we keep him contained and pressure on.

On the very next play he just chuncked the ball as far as he could so the Falcons wouldn't hit him again.

The new generation of pain has arrived for that ego maniac and he absolutely did not like it twice last year. We should make it our mission to make his life miserable Sunday then find a way to get a few really hard hits on him. I'm sure he's bringing all his attitude and confidence with him on this trip. It'll be up to our defense to keep him miserable Sunday.
Peyton
I really like Aaron Rodgers and have a ton of respect for him, but this Falcons team is just a lot better than the Packers. And honestly I think he knows that.
RHEC
Our offense better bring it or we will lose. Arod will carve our defense if we keep them on field.

Da Bird is Da Word
Looking forward to beating the Packers not once, not twice, but three times in a row! (my Packers-fan girlfriend won't be pleased lol) I was a little concerned going into the season that our defense from last year was a fluke, but not after last game. I fully expect our defense to sack Aaron Rodgers, and it's been a while since we've been able to say something like that about this squad. As long as our offense gets rolling we will win the home opener at Mercedes Benz.

Or what. To the extent that football effects my emotions, I will be the same degree of upset if the Falcons lose regardless of my attitude going into the game. I've seen this coaching staff clean up mistakes quickly in the past and I think they will clean up the mistakes from the Bears game. I also think the Falcons are a lot better than the Packers on the OL and on defense, and I think the Falcons most recent game against them illustrated that. Because I sincerely see in the Falcons a complete team and a team that can dominate on any given day, it is a lot more fun to think the Falcons are going to kick that Packer azz (and I really do anyway). I am going to be bullish on the Falcons dominating every week until I see some reason why I can't.
conalthomas
Well, you never know for sure how these things are going to turn out, because as Yogi Berra put it, "It's tough to predict things, especially about the future." Still, I do like it that we seem to have gotten inside Green Bay's decision loop. The previous time the Falcons played Green Bay in the play-offs (and got clobbered), the Falcons decided they needed to get "more explosive". This past time it was Green Bay that was going back to the drawing board, and they've decided they need to get faster. I'll guess we'll see if they've gotten fast enough.
