Schizophrenic even...reads like, "we want you around for a while but reserve the right to cut you next year." If I was TD, I'd do 5/32.5/20 with a combo of LTBE and NLTBE accelerators and incentives worth up to 1M more. The cap space is the most important so we give him less but essentially make a full 3-year commitment (highest guaranteed money for a RB).
