Bryant Young expected to be Dline Coach - per McClure

Recommended Posts

“Expect Bryant Young to be the next Falcons' defensive line coach to replace Bryan Cox. He played under Dan Quinn while with the 49ers and was the defensive line coach at Florida when Quinn was the Gators' defensive coordinator. Young was the seventh overall pick in the 1994 draft out of Notre Dame. Had 89.5 career sacks in 14 NFL seasons. Young spent time in Flowery Branch with the Falcons prior to the 2016 season working alongside Cox with the defensive line."

Whoopty doo...

Instead of firing all the coaches what we should do is hire a football manager to look after DQ so they can clock manage and over ride boneheaded coordinators for him...

Or maybe we hire a DC who can call the games the way DQ wants them called so DQ can concentrate more on in-game management and less on doing the DC's job for him.
