ShmevinShmarris
Maybe I misunderstand the ruling but Jalen clearly gains possession on the one then rolls into the endzone on his own power?
Falconsfan567
Because he didn't fully gain possession until he was in the end zone. There's a very good angle from behind the end zone that shows that he doesn't have control of the ball until he's in the end zone. The live angle I thought the same thing you did because it looks like he gained possession at the 1 but the other angle shows differently. THEHEADCOACH
Doesn't matter. If your momentum carries you into the endzone, its a touchback. Jalen jumped on the ball, part of his body already in the endzone , and rolled with the momentum of going for it. He kinda sold it a little too. It was a touchback. TRUju2111
Its the momentum rule..fumbles and int that your momentum takes you into the endzone results in a tb..olus he didnt have control until he was in the endzone
gtjackets1729
That would have been a horrible turn of fortune if it somehow was a safety
MilleniumFalcon
He didn't have full possession of the ball outside and go back to endzone so a touchback.
