bassfalcon
He should be fined for that too, totally classless!

Can a player be suspended for the intent to harm someone or does the injury has to happen before action is taken? This was a blatant act to intentionally injure a player. ShmevinShmarris
We got the dub and we got our health. Seattle didn't walk away with either of those two.
Sir Joe™
It's like that lineman who tried to knee Jones after the Cam hit, did anything ever come of that in terms of punishment?
ghoticov
wow... that was about as blatant as it comes.

Desert_Falcon
It'll all be swept under the rug clouded by some bullshlt "we play the ball and whistle" blah blah. Sherman has had a few of this plays too with that same excuses before. I guess since they they haven't hurt anyone with a name it won't matter until then. Atlantafan21
Take him out of the running for Walter Payton man of the year. Dirtbag play by Avril, thought he was better than that.

Deadmeat
funny that they see that they get bad calls. the problem is every time we play them, they get away with ALOT on defense. thats not media, but own eyes.
hjerry
That's the thing. So many were on here clamoring about dirty plays, and specifically them diving at Mack's knees, and how we should have punched in that last score b/c of it, but that's way too risky. When you've got them pulling crap like that left and right at that point in the game, the best choice is just to end it. The last thing you want is to run an actual play and have them go high low on one of our guys.
fuego
Not even in the play, on D, and he tried to take a guy's knees out. Sheesh. I hope this and the eye gouging are addressed by the league.
