xtip
I know a lot of people on these boards really wanted Trevathan as a speed sideline to sideline LB that could cover RBs and TEs.. Instead we drafted Deion Jones, a similar LB with similar attributes. I love Deion Jones and the way he plays, even though Trevathan got hurt halfway thru the season, long term does everyone think we made the right move?? xtip
I honestly believe we hit a home run with Deion Jones
FalconFanSince1969
Is this really even a question? Deion was a play maker this year. Doesn't happen often from the LB position.

We didn't make a move on Trevathan, he made a choice to go where he wanted to be and I'm very Very VERY happy that he did.

D.B.N.
This shouldn't even be a question
jimifalcon
I for one think that Quinn's draft choices have been uncommonly good considering some past drafts. If the Falcons keep drafting and finding hidden gems and converting cast off misfits into high performing chess pieces like our rookie phenoms, Gabriel,Sanu and Mack. This team will be in the running for our own dynasty.I just hope Shannahan sticks around for a couple more seasons. TheRisen999
Considering Debo is a rookie and you're comparing him to Trevathan already that should answer your question for you.

Jesus
No. This place would be way more fun with everyone trying to spell Trevathan.
Southsacfalcon
Have you watched Deion Jones play, I mean really watched him, he is a monster and is lighting fast. This guy scored two touchdowns on defense this year. He is starting to recognize those route combos nicely, I think he will have a timely int. In the playoffs, to help us get to the bowl.... Mid-Nite-Toker
There were alot of hard feelings on TATF, not making any big defensive splash in free agency. The draft paid off and we made some shrewd, under the radar defensive signings in free agency...Freeney n Shelby Glad we have Deion Jones.
