YoungHeezy
I tend to throw out whose playing and whose not in divisional games. It's going to be a rough game no matter who lines up.
ROMERO
i dont care who they have in or out. they got brees. they put up a fight every time we face them. only way we win this game is score early, get to brees, and win the turnover battle. slamee101
Doesn't mean much. Still going to get their best shot and if the Falcons go down there playing not to lose or turning the ball over we'll leave New Orleans 1-2.

Put up a fight is putting it mildly. They've owned us and I hate it. Doesn't matter who they trot out, someone steps up for them, whether its Ben Watson, Lance Moore, or someone we've never heard of. With Snead out, it could be Thomas, or Coleman. You're absolutely right. We have to score early and settle the crowd. The crowd will be in a frenzy, and if they get out to a lead early, it could be easy for our guys to get rattled. Yes, the Saints are banged up big time, but we will absolutely have to play UP on D, and mistake free on offense. Yes, that's every game, but much more so tonight. SkerFalcon8710
K thanks everyone I know it's a division game and that they're always tough. Just trying to pass on the news. Don't need a lecture on how it's gonna be a tough game... Never said it wouldn't be..
WiscoFalcon
I think we employ a similar offensive gameplan against NO like we did against OAK. Expose their safeties and LB's with TE and RB match-ups we like.

high impact
Here is a fact that all Falcons fans should know. The Atlanta Falcons are 1-15 in road games on Monday Night Football, including 12 straight road losses. That's the longest road losing streak in the history of Monday Night Football, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

sdogg
We've been down this road before and many times we just embarrass ourselves vs the backups.

Yeppers with the defense the Falcons have any team could look like a CHAMP. I think the only defense worse than the Falcons is the Saints. AndySG
It definitely matters who is out. If we had 7 starters out it would matter. Both teams should be going 100% on every play. If that's the case then it comes down to talent and they are missing 7 of their best players.
FalconJim
It really doesn't matter who's playing, or who isn't --- this is like Ga./Ga. Tech, you can pretty much throw the records out the window when they play! Bad as I hate to say it, the Taints have "owned" us since the Payton/Brees era started --- I hope tonight is different... MAD597
Well since we always make backups look like future hall of famers this does not bode well for us.
