poutlipper
Yet he doesn't make Ike Taylor's top 15 list.
Sui_Generis
I don't understand why he doesn't shadow the other teams #1 WR. Those are good numbers but they don't tell the whole story. He is not always going up against the other teams best. Many times he is up against the other teams #2 or lower.
ZoneOne01
Pretty crazy how good he is despite never playing behind a good line.
vel
Against future MVP Jameis Winston.... let the media tell it @Sui_Generis I think he'll shadow Amari tomorrow. At least some. That offense can stagnate without Amari. The key is the rest of the defense bottling up the running game and Alford having his head on straight and covering Crabtree. Make Clive Walford and Andre Holmes beat you. Not that it's directly correlated, but every time the Raiders lost last year, Amari was kept in check except against the Packers. Clearly, if you want to win, keep Amari in check. Saints had Delvin Breaux until they didn't. Falcons have Trufant.

But also lots of defenses can sack the QB and put pressure on him to make CB job easier. Falcons suck at that.

RING OF HONOR
I think the fact that he doesn't get picks and doesn't run his mouth...people tend to overlook him...Tru makes his noise on the field. ..I'm looking for another big year from him... Dirtybird56
It's so nice having a top tier #1 corner. We've been very fortunate in that regard since 2010 going from Grimes to Trufant

I think there's a general consensus around the league about Trufant and his abilities.I mean when a guy like Richard Sherman comes out and praises the above I think that's the most telling type comments you listen to.Itpretty much trumps what posters say. Much like what Jerry Rice said about Julio awhile a go now. It's pretty much the samething.
Wjcorner
Tru was following guys in and out the slot last game. Cool to see, hope we start keeping him on the #1s at least on the outside
AndySG
He's a stud. If he was in Seattle then he would be better than Sherman.
