I don't think Allen fits what DQ likes in his DE's.  He's more of a DT in our scheme. We need edge rushers more than DT. Warmack has been up and down too. I want a pure ZBS RG. That's what Feeney is. Schweitzer is more than likely taking over for Levitre.

LOL, pushing that Feeney hard.  I took Allen to play the 5 or 3, I'm looking for Sheard to play one of our edge rushing role specifically. I think Allen can more than hold the 5, plus we still have a legitimate threat as an edge rusher on early downs. Allen fits just as much as a Michael Bennett would fit. I think a player like Malik McDowell could also for fill that role. Also like Isaac Rochell, he's very quick, you should check him out. He reminds me of Muhammad Wilkerson the most. I'm not one who wants to draft an "edge rusher" specifically, basically a Von Miller type of role, I want a Muhammad Wilkerson type player. Can he beat the man across him on the way to the QB, the answer is yes. That's all that matters.  What your not acknowledging is the reason personnel wise the zone blocking scheme was created. 1.) It was created because personnel wise you don't have to draft your entire line high to have a functioning scheme.  2.) It was also created because most zone blocking guards are currently tackles in college, just without the length to play tackle at the next level. You think Feeney is the end all be all, when he's probably won't even end up being the best ZBS RG in this years draft.  The simple fact that you really think Feeney is the only option says a lot... He isn't the only option for us at RG. I know you disagree, but I'd still rather have Warmack.  And I'm definitely not taking Feeney at 12 overall.  Not when I'm staring at Tim Williams, Malik McDowell, Lowell Lotulelei, and Jonathan Allen.

I like Feeney a lot too, but Pat Elflein, Ohio State is the best interior OL at this point.

Also if we are picking a DT, it better be Malik McDowell. That dude is going to be a beast on the league. He's everything we've wanted Hageman to be.

I read that McDowell said he wont come out unless he gets a top 3 grade. I've seen a lotta praise from draftniks though.

OP you're wayyy too low on Jamal Adams imo

It's a long season, but I think he can end up in the area Aaron Donald went. Even though I don't think he's quite the player Donald was in college...yet

I like Jonathan Allen better for us honestly, both are beasts, will be beast in the league.

Our top need is DT.  I know that Allen can play DT, but could he star in that position?

I like Allen at DT better than McDowell really, the very thing Quinn is trying to get out of Upshaw, he will have in abundance from Allen.  To me if you had to construct the perfect player for this system, Allen comes the closest in this draft.
