Glidden was signed by the Falcons as a college free agent following the draft out of Oklahoma State. As a junior he led the Cowboys with 42 receptions on the year and was second on the team in receiving yards with 598. Obada is from London, where he played for the London Warriors in the British American Football Association National Leagues. Obada saw action at tight end and defensive end for the Warriors before a brief stint with the Dallas Cowboys in 2015. Ratelle was signed by the Atlanta Falcons as a college free agent following the draft. Last year for North Dakota, he surpassed the century mark in tackles for second-consecutive season, breaking his own UND Division I single-season record and ranking fifth in the Big Sky with 110 tackles. Sefon was signed by the Atlanta Falcons as a college free agent following the draft out of St. Cloud State. In 2015, he was a Don Hansen All-Super Region 3 award winner, a 2015 USA College Football preseason All-American, and a 2015 NSIC Player to Watch on defense Walsh was signed as a college free agent following the draft out of Iowa. He finished his four-year collegiate career with 38 career starts, seeing time at both guard positions over 46 games played while with the Hawkeyes. Walsh made all 14 starts at right guard as a senior in 2015, earning first team All-Big Ten by league coaches. The roster now stands at 84 men, meaning Atlanta needs to make nine more moves to reach the 75 man roster limit. http://www.atlantafalcons.com/news/blog/article-1/Falcons-Waive-5-Players-Trim-Roster-to-84/037d43cd-7cd0-4b44-a351-b1f2586b9d66
Monolith2001
Expected Ratelle to hang in a little longer but all these cuts were coming at some point in the next week.
FentayeJones
No surprises - I had all of these guys on my list of first cuts.
AndySG
Wouldn't be too surprised if Ratelle caught on somewhere. Productive LB that could work at FB.
Romfal
no real surprises. I've yet to see a LB make a transition to FB successfully in one offseason in the NFL

Knight of God
I would say Ratelle didn't get much of a look, but Patrick has been shining.
Captain Falcon
I remember Ryan stating how Glidden was really impressing him. He looked pretty decent but definitely seemed like a guy who wouldn't make the roster. Maybe it was just because he was a receiver wearing number 7. ballfan
Glidden had an uphill battle from the beginning, but he was outplayed by multiple receivers. Ratelle missed way too many blocks. He is a developmental guy that needs a lot more work to be on the field.
