ShanghaiDirtyBird
1.) Weakside Linebacker (at least one): we don't really have any 2.) Defensive End: Beasley and Shelby should be a good combo. Clayborn good depth. But teams live and die by pass rush. 3.) Middle Linebacker: Worrilow and Weatherspoon? Oh my. 4.) Guard: Person blocked well but didn't snap well so he might do well. Levitre was average. Can't run or pass without solid blocking. 5.) Safety: I think Ishmael is better than some people think. Allen should further improve. Therezie is depth. But could really use another safety. 6.) Receiver: Julio, Sanu, Hardy, and Williams. Not bad. Could really benefit from another quality option. 7.) D-Tackle: Hageman, Babs, Jarrett, and Mbu. Not terrible.

Leggggggo
RG* / LBs / SS / DT / #3 CB *I trust in Quinn to coach up players, I have no faith in Shanny coaching up anyone. Otherwise I'd put RG in the #3 spot... Edited March 15, 2016 by Leggggggo

Ezekiel 25:17
Because of the lack of actual bodies it has to be LB's. Followed by another DE and Guard. Then Safety and TE. But like Beast-N stated, not necessarily the order in which we should draft them.

insight
Looking at the roster situation is like looking at the hull of a ship filled with holes. It doesn't matter what direction you go in you are still going to take in water. Anyone still holding on to the idea that TD built an awesome roster and Smitty did not utilize it correctly? Can you name three teams in the NFL with no holes? That's less than 10%. I actually think our roster is looking pretty decent

We had the worse pass rush in the NFL, how was this addressed? We cut Durant only to bring another injury plagued player to replace him. Who did we bring in to replace Willy Mo, Hankerson and Solia? IN your mind who are the established difference makers on defense? We won game in our division last season what has convinced you we have made better moves than our divisional rivals? Lastly what do you think of Carolina's roster compared to the Falcons roster? Edited March 15, 2016 by insight

Lastly what do you think of Carolina's roster compared to the Falcons roster? These are all good questions. You've pointed out our weaknesses well, though we do still have the draft. I'm bullish on our QB. We have a pro-Bowl RB we picked up in the 4th round and I'm also optimistic about Coleman. We have two solid offensive tackles that fit our scheme...one I think we picked up as an UDFA. We have one of the best two or three wide receivers in the NFL...if not the best. We have a lock down, pro-Bowl quality corner. A promising young pass rusher. A decent defensive line. I understand there are holes, but we are not nearly as bad off as you make it out to be. You only see the negative. I'm just saying be fair.

Even with all the positives you mentioned and a injury free season we won 1 game in our division. If you look at the 2nd half of the season our offense only averaged 20 points a game which is among the worst in the league. It's OK to be optimistic or bullish on our own players but the trends of this teams performances say otherwise. Carolina has won the division 3 years in a row, do you really think we have assembled a roster to complete with them this season? They have one of the best tightends in the NFL who do we have on the roster to cover this target? They are getting Benjamin back their true #1, do you think the Falcons could make it to the Superbowl without Julio? We have zero depth across the board, teams like the Patriots and Carolina are built to win in spite of injuries we are not.

RB Could go on, everywhere except Starting RB/WR/CB I wish they sign Wr Harvin to a play when he wants to contract baised on incentives. He just needs to be ready for playoffs really. He gives his 110% when he plays, like Freeman. Then,Just in the playoffs, Go 4 wide with Hester, Harvin, Sanu(TE) and JJ, No huddle, with MR calling the plays at the line to shock everyone! And I have said a few times that at this point Worrilow is better than Laurinatis even though folks have argued with me about it. So I don't know what point you're getting at with that. Harvin wouldn't help any because he's just another guy that can't stay on the field.

That's the difference.
