What if the top pass catcher in the 2016 Draft is on the board at 17?

What if the Falcons favorite pass catcher in the whole Draft is available when they pick in the first round? Seems like a legit possibility and worth discussing. I certainly wouldn't be disappointed to see them add a top pass catching talent.

We did this dance last week. Most say "no" some say "maybe"

The best argument against it is that theres some depth in the class. Which could push quality options down the board.

Do you see what happens when you find a stranger in the alps?

For me it's not even about needs vs wants.

It's about getting offensive players with proven NFL talent in a Shanny type offense in FA so we aren't having to develop or wait a year for them to come along to the faster NFL game.

Let Quinn focus mostly on defense in the draft as he is apparently a great coach and can turn a sub-talent filled roster into an average defense in this league in just one year.

Shanny, still needs to prove himself to me that he can grow and adapt to whats available to him.

Yeah because if we took a WR that means we can't fill any other needs. I'd rather get a DE or LB but if the best player available was a WR...I would take him every time.

Word.

You don't push guys up your board just because you have a need and pass on someone you think it truly special.

You draft for need when have two guys on the board that are even.
