FentayeJones
Quote Stephen Cohen @scohenPI Report: Jags have best chance at #Seahawks LB Bruce Irvin http://www.seattlepi.com/sports/football/article/Jaguars-Falcons-Seahawks-Bruce-Irvin-6866068.php?cmpid=twitter-desktop … 3:13 PM - 2 Mar 2016
apl2g
Not sure how I feel about that. I would really want Irvin but that just seems high to me. He would improve the D but that's a big chunk for him.
BigDog90
I'd let the Jags overpay for him. He's not worth it. I could see if he was getting 10+ sacks in SEA but he wasn't plus he's very close to 30. ATL better off drafting a LB.
falconstwopercentsized
I'd prefer that the falcons go the giants broncos route with pass rush on top of pass rush.

DirtyBird757
I wouldn't want to get in a bidding war for a player that is going to be coveted by a team with a butt ton of money to spend in FA. I also don't see how Bruce Irvin would fit on this team now and I wanted him as John Abraham's replacement out of WVU. I am just not high on Bruce Irvin like I once was and a lot of that has to do with the money invested in Brooks Reed.
BritFalcon
A small part of me thinks that this news is being handed to Clayton by Bruce Irvin's agent to drive his price up. I know we're operating in an ever-inflating market, but did anyone actually think Irvin would command $9.5m before today?

Basically, he is what he is - a decent SLB that can be a situational pass rusher. Not worth even close to $9.5 million. Thank you ,people most people on here just like d ick riding Seahawks a lot

Not saying I'd pay him the 9.5-10 mil. But not let's underrate the guy. Edited March 3, 2016 by Bobby.Digital

Jesus
If Irvin or Mario can come here and get 8-10 sacks a year then grab one. They are worth that money. Edited March 3, 2016 by Jesus

He'd get more opportunities to shine on our team as well I believe. I think the opposite is more likely with significantly less complimentary skill around him here. In Seattle he was just one piece in a great defense with a ton of help in front of him and behind him. Expecting HIM to be a centerpiece would probably be a mistake.
