Need Help with Sig and Avatar

Hi Falcon Friends,

     I have been a member of the MB for a number of years.  I used to post some, but haven't done so in several years now.  I am an older guy and find myself in the technologically challenged group.  As you can see the graphics on my page are way outdated!  I have no idea how to change my pic of Turner.  Could one of you guys reach out to me and help me change this?  I'm not even sure I understand the difference between the avatar and the sig!  LOL.  Maybe we could start there.  I'm just basically looking for guidance as to how to set up my page with updated pics and graphics--nothing fancy!!   

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
