Sandy5prings
Link to Adam Schefter Ryans is 31 years old. I know he's a 3-4 ILB now but he might be an intriguing prospect for us because he came into the league as a prototypical 4-3 MLB. Sandy5prings
I figure the overwhelming answer is going to NO, but it is the off season guys. We need something to shoot the $hit on. It's not like the other Atlanta sports franchises are giving us anything to talk about.
AtlantaFanatic
WIth exceptions like Greg Hardy/Josh Gordon/Pacman Jones there is not one FA that I would absolutely say no to. It all comes down to cost. If we could get Ryans for 1.5 mil a year for 3 years, go for it! Problem is that it isn't going to happen. Unless it's a true stud, which will cost a lot money, I'd like the Falcons to stop signing 30+ y/o players...

AndySG
I like him. Would be happy with him on a cheap deal. Everybody can't be 25.

Hometownfan
Demeco is a topic worth posting. He is a great ILB and a leader on every defense he has been on. He is 31 but appears to have a lot left in his tank. His release had more to do with the Eagle's change in defensive scheme than anything else. They'll be sorry they let him go, IMO. He's played in the 3-4 and the 4-3 in his career. He was brought to Philly specifically to play the 4-3 when they when they were still basing out of that wide-9 front and thought all they needed was a competent middle linebacker to compensate for those interior gaps. FalconFanSince1970
We need at least four LBs. We only have one under contract. I'd pay buddy before Worrilow. That's for sure.
slamee101
What current LB on roster is better than him? 31 isn't ancient. You don't make this move and say the LB issues are fixed but I'd certainly see what he has left.

Scheme has nothing to do with it? You have a team that is transitioning from a 3/4 to a 4/3. That means you have one less MLB/ILB.
