SBorBust
I'd really rather a big bodied receiver like Sanu or Rishard Matthews but he put up good numbers last year and could fill in as our new returner.

kiwifalcon
Where does this leave Roddy ??? I'd be disappointed if we could'nt come to some sought of resolution and be even more disappointed if Roddy ended up in Tampa or some $hit-hole like that. blackredfellow
YES! I'd prefer Matthews, though theres only a few inch difference between them, but Benji is a playmaker. He could be the replacement for Hester and what Hankerson should have been at the same time. No reason we can't have Roddy, Benji, and Hardy all get significant time. Seriously though the only way Roddy stays in the ATL is if he takes a serious pay cut if the above signing takes place.
Nino11
Benjamin is more slot receiver then number two I think. If he surpasses Roddy (barring we keep him) I think it's a win win. Roddy or Benjamin in the slot and Travis could help take the top off if teams double Julio

Guest
Roddy has probably been told the same thing as Soli. Pay cut or We are moving on.

If Roddy went to Tampa he would probably be no higher than the 4th receiver behind Evans, Jackson, and Murphy and he would almost certainly would not make what he is making now. And Koetter has already come out and said that his priority is to re sign Doug Martin and improve the defense. I think his best bet is to try to reunite with Robiske and Mularky in Tennessee. Black Francis
Travis Benjamin would be a nice addition.
ShanghaiDirtyBird
Julio can run absolutely any route in the route tree...including going deep. If Benjamin comes in and is able to stretch the other part of the field... The choice will somewhat be cheat the safety over to Julio's side for the double team and risk getting burned over the top by Benjamin or make the safety play more honest and Julio win one-on-one all day. KRUNKuno
Because Matt loves those smaller receivers..... This team literally cannot get their heads out of their own *****
