If Trump wins tonight it will probably be Trump

If Bernie wins tonight then Bernie may be nudge out hilary by winning back to back.

We could have a Trump v Sanders

Iowa and NH would not nudge out HRC even by winning back to back.  He is still losing by like 30 points in SC. You cannot win the nom with just white liberals and youth vote. It would extend the time it would take her to win the nomination and give her some bad press, but him getting crushed in SC and/or losing in NV would turn all that round. He is also struggling in SuperTuesday states. His momentum from post christmas break is over and her lead it climbing back up.

BREAKING: Jeb Bush PAC is Literally Paying Students To Attend His Rallies

This is a picture of a flier from RJ Penny a student in Iowa campaigning for Rand Paul, we reached out for comment but received no reply. It seems Jeb now had to resort to paying people to attend his functions. We also contacted the email attached and have yet to get a reply, reporting live.

Kinda sad for the former Governor as he was seeing a boost after his last debate performance where he embraced being a moderate just like with the rest of his family. This is a sign of a campaign desperate for support but overflowing with capital. Who said money can buy you everything.

Our only question is where were these sort of jobs when I was in college (lol).

UPDATE:

Jeb Bush Campaign Paying People To Come To Events

Here is an email with Details of the payment. The event seems to be funded by a Jeb Super PAC. We will attempt to recover video of the event.

AND GO **** YOURSELF CRUZ. Shaming people into voting for you shows the real person you are.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/30/politics/ted-cruz-mailer-iowa-caucuses-voter-violation/

This is a VERY common tactic and it's one of the most effective ways to get people to the polls.  Cruz didn't invent this, although his implementation of the idea is very ham-handed.  But political scientists years ago ran an experiment with a very similar mailer and those who received the mailer were 8% more likely to turnout than those who did not, and were about 7% more likely to turnout than those who received a generic "voting is patriotic" message.

Obama used these kinds of mailers in 2012 and Democrats first started using them in Colorado in 2010.  So it's not just Cruz and it's not just Republicans.

The "voting violation" and trying to make it look like an official government document is where Cruz went astray here.  Also, past attempts haven't attached the candidate's name to the mailer.  In the past, they looked like they were from interest groups unaffiliated with the candidates.  So again, Cruz made a mistake but using shame to increase turnout wasn't where he went wrong.

I'm glad Iowa had enough sense to choose Cruz over Trump. Unfortunately I don't have as much faith in New Hampshire. Rubio was pretty shocking and even with Cruz taking the win, Rubio seems to have the momentum at the moment.

TRUMP GOT SCHLONGED

Trump supporters did not show up, but Cruz and Trump now have to worry about Rubio. Establishment is going to try and force guys like Kasich/Christie/Jebra to drop and back him 100%. I can see Trump and Cruz working together again to take down Rubio.

I am not surprised by this, I asked for Jeb to drop out several months ago.  He is a horrible candidate.

Cruz should be ecstatic over his win, how much does it mean at this point?  Not much as Santorum won before in Iowa,

The way Rubio was after his third place speech you would've thought he won Iowa

Hillary struggling to beat a Socialist...interesting night.

Take away from the Iowa results:

Cruz is cruising. He has a very good ground game and he is passionate. The People of the great state of Iowa voted for the right man.

Hillary is in trouble. Not only did she win by coin toss over a socialist but she is in serious legal trouble. Will the DOJ go against the FBI? Probably.

The polls and the networks get it wrong again. CNN is such a cheerleader for Clinton, it's desperation time. Fox news had it wrong as well as did most others. The polls are wrong because the reporting of them is bias. The questions are biased and traditional political thought is out the window this election period.

The Big looser of the night. The Establishment republicans, followed closely by the Hillary Team at MSNBC.

Sanders needed to win Iowa to maintain momentum, especially since Iowa fits his supports' demographics. He'll win in New Hampshire but he's most likely going to lose in Nevada and South Carolina which won't bode well for him going into Super Tuesday.

As for the GOP, it was impressive that Cruz's ground game was strong enough to pull off the upset but Iowa is rarely indicative for Republicans. He may gain some momentum but I still expect Trump to win in New Hampshire to regain his own momentum. The Party and moneyed interests are also undoubtedly going to throw all of their support to Rubio now. At the end of the day I still expect Trump to win the nomination.
