The O.D.B
He's currently projected to go at the end of the 1st / beginning of the 2nd (CBS). Where would he have been projected without the Ecstasy issue and if he'd stayed at OSU. And why the heck isn't anyone talking about him. Guy is a monster and looks like he could be better than Ogbah in regards to rushing the passer.
DonDaLuvMaker
I don't think he goes in the 1st just because of his bad past.He has top pass rusher type talent for sure. Teams will have to strongly evaluate him.If he somehow makes it to the Falcons 2nd pick and Cravens is off the board, would love to see him opposite of Beasley if he is indeed rehabilitated. ZoneOne01
Just read some tweets about him and Sheldon Rankins standing out at practice today. Kinda surprised there isn't a Senior Bowl thread yet.

Kinda surprised there isn't a Senior Bowl thread yet.I've been looking at Rankins for a while now. Many people like him. He's not as athletic as some of this years DTs as he's more of a Squatty build than the others, He looks like a very thick short tree trunk running at you but he can be very disruptive. I'm thinking if he shows well that he will be a first rounder. With the trouble in his past I can't see us taking him.Probably gonna be a steal for someone
Arkridge
I know a lot of people are interested in a trade back this year. If that were to happen I think Noah Spence and Darron Lee would be great pickups and would greatly represent Quinn wanting fast and athletic linebackers. isproab
Size wise he looks like a 3-4 rush OLB. I think he has the athletic ability and could be a good get for someone.

A-TowN.-
I'd take Spence in a heartbeat in round 2.

RYNE
Read today that he looks unblockable but the lines are subpar this year
Arkridge
Wishful thinking that Spence goes in the second. He won't make it out of the first after the senior bowl and combine. He's a great player, reminds me a lot of Khalil Mack. He'll be a steal for a team like Arizona or Cinncinati in the back end of the first. Spence embodies Quinn's fast and physical approach. kiwifalcon
Looks like a nice prospect. Gotta hope like **** with the off field issues he falls unlike a Navarro Bowman who went in the 3rd round
AndySG
Has a lot of talent, but it just depends how much he wants it. Wouldn't object to the pick if he fell to the second.
blizzard_falcon
Titans reporter Jim Wyatt reports Eastern Kentucky DE Noah Spence has been "downright dominant at times" in Senior Bowl practices. Spence has been one of this week's biggest eye openers, setting Twitter aflutter with his routine harassment of quarterbacks. Rotoworld's Josh Norris has been among those impressed by the Ohio State transfer, pegging him as the No. 13 overall player in the draft. Character is the concern for Spence, who was booted by the Buckeyes after failing two drug tests.

PapaJoe
Fall to the 2nd???!! LOL If Spence lasts until #17 I'll be completely shcoked!!
blizzard_falcon
If Spence can convince teams that he's done with drugs, he should be a lock for the Top 20 draft picks. The interview process at the Combine will be huge for him. I think we would give him a LONG look at #17. The "Falcon Filter" has been relaxed in recent years: Prince Shembo, Jalen Collins. isproab
He is bigger than Beasley. He would have to be an OLB for us. I don't think you can afford to have two guys under 260 lining up at DE. If he can stand up and rush from the OLB spot, I have no problem with him. I think the bigger concern would be the off the field issues FOR THE FALCONS. I think if you have been clean over a year, next question and give the guy a shot.
Matt_The Iceman_Ryan
None of this talk matters....too many off the field issues for the Falcons brass... He will go first round, and if he is available at our 1st pick, we will pass on him...

You can never have enough pass rushers and there is nothing that says they both have to start. If he can play in sub packages and give the Falcons 16 to 20 snaps in sub rushing the passer it's worth taking a player with that kind of raw skill. I could see a situation where one lines up at RDE and the other lines up at LOLB. I'm not sure how much he did it, but Beasley did rush standing up some last year. If both are versatile enough to do that, it would be a win-win to have two guys that can basically stay on the field together. I do however place a real high value on a 270+ pound guy that can play strong side DE and at least be a good producer of sacks.

Former scout Louis Riddick, now with ESPN, made this comparison as well. Said he was Khalil Mack with pass rush skills. That is scary to think about bc Mack is a **** good pass rusher.
