So The Carolina Panthers Will Probably Win The Sb & The Falcons Will Be The Only Team To Have Beat Them In 2015

I believe Denver will beat Carolina. Several players were a part of the last Superbowl run two years ago and I think they will play with a chip on the shoulder.

Not sure the falcons can fix all their woes in one off season too many holes and not enough difference makers and leaders to build around.

We went 1-6 in our division the year, weve got a long way to go.

You must not have heard that TD has hit on 71% of his draft picks and that we've only had two losing

seasons out of 8.

Your argument has been rendered invalid, lol

Who are the real Falcons - the team that lost by 30+ points and what shutout in their first 2015 meeting with Panthers

Or the team that flat out beat the Panthers in the Dome 2 weeks later and the only team that beat the Panthers in the 2015

What Do the Falcons --realistically-- need to this offseason in Free Agency and the Draft to deserve your season tickets renewal in 2016 and your PSL commitment for 2017?

I pick the Broncos

Her you go, bub --- Super Bowl XXXIII was an American football game between the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Denver Broncos and the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Atlanta Falcons to decide the National Football League (NFL) champion for the 1998 season. The Broncos defeated the Falcons by the score of 34–19, winning their second consecutive Super Bowl. The game was played on January 31, 1999 at Pro Player Stadium in Miami, Florida.

The Falcons were in the NFC West when we went to the Super Bowl

At this point I'm doing it see who has reading comprehension and surprisingly not many people do.

Either that or they don't understand the NFC South didn't exist in 98.... Like FalconJim

The problem though is the statement that the Falcons are the only team in the NFC to not reach the Super Bowl is factually incorrect. They are in the NFC South, and they have reached the Super Bowl. They did not reach the Super Bowl while in the NFC South, but that is a different statement.

We are not as bad as everyone is making it seem. Completely new schemes on both sides of the ball and people expect a perfect season. We had some bad fumbles and key points in which we lost games the **** happens. We could have easily made the playoffs if a couple things went our way.

Reading comprehension.... Did you not see the 'history of the NFC South' part?

Ok let me spell it out.

Since the NFC South was created Tampa Bay, Carolina, & New Orleans all made it to the NFC Championship game and won and advanced to the Superbowl. Carolina has now done it twice and Tampa and New Orleans have both won a Superbowl.

Atlanta has lost the NFC Championship twice.

So in the history of the NFC South the Atlanta Falcons are the only team to not make it to the Superbowl. If Carolina wins then Atlanta will also be the only team in the division to not win a Superbowl.

We will also be the only NFC south team without a SB, Not happy about that. I hope the panties lose.

Oh and take that BS about not going to the SB while "in" the NFC South out the door, who freaking cares about that splitting hairs trying to save face etc.

Well actually it's something so simple that the Falcons just have not been able to grasp it since drafting Matt Ryan.

BUILD SOME FREAKING LINES AND A DEFENSE

The New England Patriots were the last team in the AFC East to even make a Super Bowl. By that time, Miami had won 3, NYJ 1, and Buffalo had been to 4 straight.

Now only two franchises have more SB appearances than the Patriots, and they have the most victories in the AFC East.

"The first shall be last, and the last first."

It doesn't matter whether or not the Falcons end up being the last NFC South team to win the SB, as long as they win the most.
